   SLEEPING PATTERNS
a. Now your baby requires 10-12 hours of sleep at night and about 2 naps a day of half to two hours at a time.
b. Try to establish a consistent bedtime schedule like giving your baby a bath, reading or singing to him and tucking him to bed.
c. Allow your baby to fall asleep on his own. Avoid rocking the baby too much, because if he wakes up during the night, he will again want to be rocked.
